Post !schedule as UTC
Indy, When you have DJ's from around the world, the time zone is an issue. Would be great if we could store the schedule items as UTC. Then convert on the fly.

for example:
!addschedule EST YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM HH:MM Show Description
or !addschedule weekly PST YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM HH:MM Show Description

Then !schedule EST to show it in Eastern Standard time.

for backwards compatibility, !schedule can just show a default timezone.

http://www.timeanddate.com/library/abbreviations/timezones/ for reference.

Would really be nice.

I may add it but timezones are a pain to work with, especially with daylight savings time.
