Countdown on webrequest system and !countdown to show when a song will be done playing
also on webrequest system if possible to have "wait xx minutes before song can be requested again"

Other than a countdown on the WebRequest system and !countdown (which is already on the request list) the bot already does all this.
For the wait xx minutes before song can be requested again just make sure you have MinReqTimePerSong set in your AutoDJ/Options section (it's in seconds, not minutes). Also make sure your WebRequest user is level 3, because if it is set to 1 or 2 then he is an administrator and limits like that won't work on him.
