Custom PM Commands

So far we can add custom commands for channels by adding them to the ircbot.text file, but there isn't a way to add them for PM.
Example: ircbot.text comes with !djowns which is typed in a channel.
I would like a way to add something such as !secretcommand which will be done via PM and do something.
