WebRequest Issue

Everything works fine other than the minor setback for php 5.6 anyone upgrading to 5.6 or higher will have to change 1 line of the php code in the db.php file but i am running into an issue where it is telling me this

PHP Warning: Smarty error: unable to read resource: "request_ded.tpl" in /home/leaf/www/request/include/smarty/Smarty.class.php on line 1094, referer: http://www.evangelionirc.com/request/browse.php

request_ded.tpl does not exist i'm not finding it in the folders at all.
