Twitter API Change

Just FYI to users of the Twitter plugin: due to Twitter changing their API permissions you will need to generate a new token under My Account if you want Direct Messages (DMs) to continue working.

Log in to shoutirc.com, click My Account, then click "Your Twitter Token Key and Secret", then at the bottom where it says "* If you have since deauthorized ShoutIRC or otherwise need to, you can generate new token keys by clicking here." Click it and follow the instructions that come under "Get request token..."
