I have noticed by using this option that I have shaved off a full 4MB out of a DJ Package WITH the visual studio express installers. Yes, it does take a considerable bit more time letting NSIS sort through them but I think it's worth it. My 2 cents on this.

I imagine lzma with /SOLID would be the best filesize-wise if you want to hardcode an option.
