is it possible to make the bot connect to a relay server radio on demand ?
if true please can you make it ?
like...:
!relay server1
!relay server2
!stoprelay
something like that

Yep, it already does it.
!relay http://yourserver.com:port/
or if you want it to try and use shoutcast metadata (highly recommended so you'll get song updates):
!relay stream://yourserver.com:port/
There isn't a specific !stoprelay command but !next will work (you can make a command alias if you want to make !stoprelay=!next)
