bot doesn't have any way to know if a ban mask matches a user's hostmask this should be a good idea it unbans hostmasks

saves up to 7 days if the ircbot stays live

this will only work if you set it too the shoutirc.com same as online config files under the user account

ps this will save space on the pc or server

haveing the online log file will change a litttle bit then on the pc and easyer access for problems to sort out with indy if there is a problem
