2 Values for SongInterval

Please could you make it possible to split "IRC/Channel/SongInterval" into two separate values, one for AutoDJ and one for the Live DJ? ie:

SongIntervalAuto 0/x mins
SongIntervalLive 0/x mins

The reason is that a lot of network/server/room owners are asking that the bot not spam as much when the auto DJ is on, but that he spams every song when a live DJ is on air.

This is something that I have been coming across more and more often of late so if it could be added as a minor update to v3x then that would be great, if not then I suppose I can wait until v4

It's in source for v4, any build from this date on should have it.
