Those stats are made by pisg, it is a free/open source program you can get at http://pisg.sourceforge.net/
You can even use the logs from the bot's Logging plugin if you want and use a cron job to generate the stats.

how do you do that with the shoutirc bot with the config

1. Install Logging plugin with Package Manager
2. In your Plugins section, add a line with ModuleX plugins\Logging.dll (where X is an unused # from 0-31).

That's good, you should have a lot of logs for it to build it's stats from so it won't just be from scratch.

Each stats program uses a different format and it's all custom for your settings. Since you are on Windows you may want to check out the program mIRCStats, it has a free mode and is pretty easy to use. You can have it scan the files from the bot's logging plugin or your own mIRC logs if you have them turned on.
