Currently, the quote plug-in works the way I'd like it to, except that you have to request a specific # to display that quote. (i.e.: !q 5)
What I'd love to see changed is if the command !q is sent without a number parameter, it just displays a random quote from the database.
We use this in our room as a way to store funny stuff that people say, and when things are slow, we like to randomly play these back.
If there is a way to do this currently, please let me know.

It's uploaded now. I'm in the process of renaming the bot from IRCBot to RadioBot so when you update the new executable will be called RadioBot.exe instead of IRCBot5.exe
