Play source from different host

Because some provider doesn't allow their server for IRC stuff, I hope radiobot can using source song from different host.

Scenario:
Host 1 with more "power" but only have small storage for radiobot.
Host 2 with plenty of storage for source song.

You can do that by mounting a remote filesystem such as ftpfs, no doubt it's going to be slow af doing file scans though.
