Well, this is probably a bit overdue but IRCBot v4 is now declared to be Stable. There haven't been any reported bugs in a long time and my personal copies have been running months without a crash or error.
If you haven't tried IRCBot v4 yet, I would suggest you try it now. Your IRCBot v3 config file is 99% compatible and you can always go back to v3 if you decide you don't like v4.
