Split up command context help system.
I have noticed the notorious "Commands unavailable in your current context." message a lot over the years and for some reason it bugs me. Can you split up the help system (!commands) to say what commands go with what side of the bot (be it private message or channel message.) I think it would probably clear up some confusion as the ONLY way you are showing commands is the private message window. One suggestion would probably be notices for public commands and the privmsg for private commands. Does any of this make sense? (Sorry, not trying to re-write your bot, just thinking of ways to improve.)

Ok I caught on to the rest but what's the bold vs. regular text about?

I was seeing if it would look better or be easier to read if every other word was bolded, it's just style the bold doesn't mean anything.

Ah, ok. Got what I asked for, so I am happy. (P.S. I personally say stick with one format...but, that's just me...don't know about the rest of the 'tribe'.)
