AutoDJ Voice message "Current song requested by" before playing a request

Technically already possible with EnableVoice 1 and
ADJVoice_0=Current song requested by %request
, however it would play when even when a song isn't requested from IRC and it wouldn't allow the use of voice messages in a rotation.

Not really a huge thing, I thought it'd be a fun thing to add, and I'd definitely use it.

The bot already makes an announcement with "This song was requested by XXX" when voice is enabled, you don't have to add it to your ircbot.text or anything. If you are using ranged #s (ie. EnableVoice 2:5) I'm not sure if it will announce just because it is a request or not, I'd have to check that out.

I'm guessing you didn't read the wiki lol?

You just load the TTS_Services plugin (before AutoDJ), and set EnableVoice 1 in AutoDJ/Options.
