It doesn't look like it's been maintained for quite some time, but their license prohibits distribution of any modified source code or binaries.

I think what the OP was wanting, was a way to make the bot "smart" by responding to certain word triggers automatically, thus making it seem as if the bot was carrying on a conversation user? Correct me if I am wrong.

Something like that, it's basically an ALICE bot with learning features.
